I am rejecting this response because:They are falsely advertising a warranty that they do not stand behind or support in any wayIf they do not support the warranty do not advertise it, that is advertisingI am offended at being called rude, we had one conversationI guess by asking a car dealer to stand behind what they advertise is especially offense when they are obviously scam artist and therefore that makes me rude

In referance to this complaint I don't even know what to say. MS [redacted] emailed us demanding we give her 2year free maintenanceon a 5 year old USED car. This by the way in an email ( I never set eyes on her). the add that she she referring to is the original NEW car specks.Mrs [redacted] is not someone...

we care to have for a client,\. She is rude and demanding. We did not falsely advertise. WE sold the car the same dayat any rate. We have a great reputation I n this community and are offended by these accusations.
