Review: I have simply no words to explain what a disgrace and how unprofessional this company has handled my lack of phone service issue!!! I have had a disruption of service on Oct ** where I lost a dial tone to my land line. I called talkspan and they scheduled me for Nov * to fix the issue it is now Nov ** and still have no service. I have called the company numerous times and it lead me to false promises of my service being repaired! I have a family of * without any phone service for 2 weeks!

Is this a phone company?????Desired Settlement: I NEED A WORKING PHONE LINE!!!! NEEDED IT YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
