complete the physical process due to regulated procedures. The customer was informed of this when she inquired about the missing money. However, upon further investigation, we determined an associate did not realize the customer was only absent for 4 months and mistakenly informed [redacted] that she would be receiving $75. The customer did not bring the issue to the Center Manger prior to filing the complaint. Due to the misunderstanding, the center is going to honor the additional money to be paid to [redacted]. The Center Manager attempted to call [redacted] to inform her that she would be receiving the additional funds of $45, but was unable to reach her and left a voice mail. The additional $45 dollars, which will bring the total donation payout to $75, will be funded to [redacted]'s donation cash card on 11/02/15

paid her the $20 bonus for what she believed was a misleading advertisement and the ad has been updated in order to a clearer representation of what the plan is.  Ms. [redacted] stated she was satisfied with our solution.
