To The Revdex.com, The customer that has filed a complaint with you did not specify which facial she wanted when booking her appointmentOur website clearly states at the top that “prices start from” the listed prices belowDifferent estheticians have different prices and we allow our
customers to customize their facials once in the room (causing the price to increase)The customer claims on the complaint that she asked for the minute facial but she never said anything to the esthetician when her facial was clearly longer than minutes it was minutesThere was clearly a misunderstanding between the esthetician and customerAs she stated on her yelp review the owner gave her $back so their should only be a $discrepancyThere was a misunderstanding regarding the service she was receiving and our price list on our website has always stated “starting from” we are not in the business of scamming or duping anyone and she is more than welcome to come get $backThank you,Soraya T***

When I saw you were unhappy I gave you $10 back. We don't keep our clients credit card information so you are more than welcome to come and receive your refund for $20 during business hours. This is the first time we have received a complaint from the Revdex.com in 15 years of business. I am rejecting this response because: While she may not remember, I did book the 60 minute facial for $60. My service was absolutely not 90 minutes, as my massage started promptly one hour after we arrived. I know this for an absolute fact because 2 of us girls got facials while the other two got hour long massages, then switched to the other service. At one point, all four of us girls were sitting together in a common area while we waited to be called by the other service provider- hence, only an hour had passed ( assuming she’s not claiming the massages were also 90 minutes ?). Further, I was never spoken to buy my aesthetician about which service I would be receiving- likely because her boss had told her 60 minute, then upcharged us to keep the coat for herself. Thirdly, she charged five dollars more than what was listed on her website for the European facial (so $25 more than I had agreed to pay) and never gave an explanation. I want a refund for my entire facial as she scammed four hard working women at Christmas time and has now lied to the Revdex.com, but at a minimum I feel that I am due $25 back- the overage of what I paid for a service I did not agree to. She gave me $10 CASH back, which I had initially handed her as a TIP for my service providers- I am guessing they just got shorted on tip since that’s what money she handed me back- however, no money was refunded on my card where she’d charged the entire service amount.
