On 07/03/19 I went to SuperLube which has since changed their Business name to Take 5 oil for a regular oil change. During the oil change the technician removed a filter from my vehicle but unbeknownst to me the technician did not properly reinstall the filter. I was scheduled to meet my family in Tampa on the following day for a Family day event at Busch Gardens 07/04/19. On the morning of 07/04/19 my vehicle hiccuped as I drove onto a main street headed towards Tampa. On the interstate ten my vehicle began losing speed. It was early morning hours and I could not drive my vehicle pass 50 mph safely. I exited the interstate and went to a gas station on exit 251 eastbound. At the gas station my car stopped running completely. I emailed the website of SuperLube as I was having vehicle issues and called my insurance to help me return home ***, FL. I was towed from *** Fl but had to pay an additional 40.00 because my insurance could not cover the overage. I was contacted by the district Manager Mr. and he came out to my house to try to resolve the mechanical error on my vehicle on the holiday. He was very accommodating but he could not get my vehicle to start. An engine light came on and it was discovered that P101 sensor had failed. I was told my vehicle would be taken to the Service Center to be repaired. SuperLube kept my car over the weekend & loaned me a car. I missed most of my family members and the event. I picked up my car on my lunch on 07/08/19 and went back to work which is about a mile away from Super Lube and parked. When I got off work at 4:45pm the engine light came back on. My car is a 2017 Nissan Maxima so I went back to SuperLube where I was meet by the Service Center Manager ***. I told him my care is still having issues. He pulled in my vehicle again and both him and another technician tried to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. *** erased the engine light without my permission. He stated the car only needed to be reset.That was not the case
