Take 5 Oil Change

I got my oil changed around 5pm or 6pm on July 13th just hours before I drove to New York (from Georgia) to see my sick brother. At around 10 pm as I was leaving I saw my check engine light on and checked my oil. There was almost 3 extra quarts of oil in my engine (I took pictures). Take 5 was closed and I had to make my brothers surgery so I removed the extra oil and headed to NY. I called Take 5 and explained the situation, the manager said come to the shop when I return. While in New York the light never went off so I went to KIA where I purchased the vehicle and they informed me that Take 5 also put on the wrong oil filter without my consent (another reason the check engine light was on). I went back to Take 5 after I returned back to Georgia and they said they wont refund my money, they were rude telling me they only put 7 quarts (so either they didnt drain the previous oil all the way, or they didnt measure correctly) but they almost messed up my engine beyond repair. They are refusing a refund and are very rude about it.
