Take 5 Oil Change

I have a jetta which makes the cost of an oil change 140.00 which im ok with however when it was done by you the incompetance of your employee not tightening the oil filter all the oil drained out of my car which could have caused me my engine and when I went back to 5 they said 37.00 discount off the next change I said not a chance Il never go again there again I had to pay 70 dollars for5 liters of oil again because my engine was empty and the time to do it cost me another 140,00 thank god for my friend that seen the problem and fixed it !

would have put the wrong fluid in her vehicle, it would have overheated IMMEDIATELY, not two months later.
In addition, her Honda takes a BLUE colored fluid from the dealer. Her mechanic mistook what was in fact original Honda Blue coolant for some other type of fluid. He made the mistake first by mis-identifying the fluid, and second, by replacing the fluid with a non-Honda type of fluid, which could very well cause the vehicle to over heat. She can simply go to the Honda dealer and ask them about the color of the fluid and they will explain it to her.
In addition, we never had a chance to examine the vehicle at all since we serviced it. Her mechanic tampered and destroyed any evidence long ago.
No claim was ever filed with our shop or my office. This is the first we have ever heard of Ms. [redacted] since early April.
Therefore, since all evidence has been destroyed, and we know for a fact that some Honda Coolant is in fact Blue, we believe her mechanic made a mistake and he has to repair the vehicle, not us.
