Review: Due to language/communication barrier and lack of advertising, the company is charging me $900 for 2 months time when I'm a tenant. In which I should be charged $200 per month which equals $400. I was told by the [redacted] that because I didn't say months and because I said a few weeks; that was my ( customer ) mistake. I traveled to Tn. to find a house ( moving ) to invest in. The employee ( elder man/only spoke spanish ) never offered me an option to make a contract for the month(s). I told the employee ( valet ) that I was leaving the car for a few weeks. Not knowing the protocol or option for a contract. I left the car thinking all I had to pay was the monthly rate when I arrived back in town. I asked to speak to the [redacted] directly and left my number to be contacted, so that the situation can be resolved. That was on Thurs. May [redacted] and I have yet to receive that call. It's now Sun. May the [redacted]. The [redacted] also mentioned that the [redacted] will put a lien on my vehicle if I don't pay the $900 very soon.Desired Settlement: I'll be more than willing to pay the $400 promptly.
