Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The owner's beliefs are irrelevant to the facts. His website states that boarding services include playtime with people and animals - which was not provided. My dog received injuries while sustained at the owner's facility, and I submitted photo evidence to the owner and these photos were taken the same day we picked up our dog. For some reason the owner is still trying to deny this. Unacceptable. Still looking for a full refund.Regards,[redacted]
Even prior to this customer's decision to involve the Revdex.com, we apologized to him and his wife, and attempted to resolve their complaints. We regret that our efforts were unable to satisfy him.The customer boarded his dog, [redacted], at our facility for 11 days at the end of...
2015, and requested that the dog also participate in "daycare" activities. Our on-site signage and our internet site both make clear (i) that daycare activities involve an additional charge over and above the boarding costs, and (ii) that a boarded pet's participation in "daycare" activity is subject to an interview of the pet: we do this to ensure that ensure the safety and comfort of all our boarded guests during their stay. (Link here: [redacted]) [redacted] exhibited very real anxiety when he was exposed to other pets we boarded during [redacted]'s stay: as a result, humans exercised, socialized and played with [redacted] every day of his stay, but he was excluded from "daycare" activities with other pets. The customer was charged only for our standard boarding services: we did not charge for "daycare" activity, and none was paid. During his stay, [redacted] was fed the food his owners provided, in exactly the amounts they requested, and our inspection of [redacted]'s condition upon his departure did not reveal any of the "lacerations" described in the customer's complaint. We understand the customer first noticed those "lacerations" four days after [redacted] left our care. The customer paid only for the services that were provided, and - though we are very sad that [redacted] suffered any lacerations, we do not believe they happened while he was in our care. Accordingly, we cannot honor the customer's request for a full refund.
