Holiday)Called customer Saturday morning at 8:am, *** told me she was stuck in traffic on this side of WacoI agreed to wait for her additional hour at no charge; actually I waited until 9:50am before calling again however there was no answerSo I texted her to let her know I was closing up*** called me around 10:am to let me know she was back in town and said she needed to pick up her dog Hercules because she started a new job and couldn't get off work during our business hoursI did agree to let her pick up early on Sunday at a time she picked; 9amHowever since we are closed to the public on Sundays and Holidays-I came in for her and yes, she is charged the same-$I work with ALL my customers and am flexible just as I was with this caseBut since I WAITED 1/hours on Saturday for her-Waco is miles from here there was no excuse also our policy is not to refund and to charge for stays*** has been advised she is no longer allowed to use our facilityThank you, Tails a Waggin Groomin and Roomin, LLC *Please see attachments

I am rejecting this response because: I will not accept this as a PAID IN FULL . She paid...

the 120.50 but the deception to the public I do not accept. Kathy said had I gone to HER VET she would have covered all of it. What is the difference as long as the animal is taken care of? I am done with this case I just want the public to know they are deceptive in practice and tell two stories. I paid for the groom as it was deducted from the VET bill. The Vet does not agree with what she paid either.
