Review: I placed an order with the company online on 6/23/14 and as of 7/10/14 have yet to get a proper status update of my order. This is for a gift. None of the 3 phone/fax numbers has ever been answered, and I have received 2 email responses that were non-committal. I have also sent facebook messages. There appears to be information that it may be a scam. My credit card has already been charged within minutes of the purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered overnight as soon as possible at their expense.

Review: On 4/24 I ordered a an item from this company online. My credit card was charged that day. I have yet to receive the item. I have contacted them through the contact us form on their website. I got back a response saying the item was oversold and was on back order. Since that time I have been unable to reach them either through the contact us form on the website or the [redacted]# for customer service.Desired Settlement: Either send me the item or refund the amount on my credit card.

Review: I purchased cornhole boards 5/4/14 and still have not received them. I emailed the company 3x and left 2 phone messages without response. Finally got an email response on 7/11 saying they would ship out that Monday. Obviously that was not true as it is 8/1 and I still have not received them or a tracking #.
