Between the time I had ordered dinner and the cook Brad had it ready, he said I couldn't sit anywhere and when I asked why he said the property owner said so, it was just bad timing. I planned to leave after I was done being hungry. The cook named Brad came out and with another coworker a woman with long straight thin brown hair, as witness and started repeating again what he'd said earlier while I was eating. I again asked why because nobody else was within 6 feet of me and there wasn't a restaurant ban, I told him to stop harassing me, and he quickly called a male coworker with glasses over who claimed I was resisting orders and he was filing a police report. I have never met any of these people, I was minding my business, enjoying a quiet evening on my way home from work, I am quiet by nature, and I know I was not in violation of any ordinance or law. I was one of five women of color on the premises and one of four groups of people of color, there were no other Caucasians visible. I was alone by myself. There were no signs, rope or other communications asling people to leave, music was on and fire still in fire puts. I felt threatened by their quick escelation to trespass me rather than talk with me like a normal person and exlain logically why I needed to leave. I don't recall the exact price because I'd added a 20% wanting to support the carts in this downturn. I called back and spoke to Brad again and he kept making excuses for how rude the three workers and their property owner treated me. It was unacceptable, embarassing and undignifying. Additionally, Brad the cook told his coworkers I had told him to "*** off" which is not true. I am an esteemed educated woman of color, I am a board of director of a nearby nonprofit, a professional in the utility indusrty, who holds a master's degeee and I know how to use words without cursing. The second and much more aggressive male coworker asked me if I spoke English and if I understood what he was saying to intimidate me.
