Tahoe Valley Lodge

Review: They are advertising that they are associated with [redacted] and give [redacted] discounted rates. I have called [redacted] as I am a member to give a complaint about the hotel in general, and have come to learn that they are not associated with [redacted].

When I had checked in I asked if there was a [redacted] discount because they advertised it and they told me no because of it being a holiday. Now, I believe it has more to do with they aren't associated with them then it being because of a holiday.Desired Settlement: I would like them to not claim they are associated with [redacted] and say they give discounts but upon request they do not have a discounted rate.

If at all possible, I would like a billing adjustment but mostly to have the [redacted] name taken away from them as they are not involved with them.

Tahoe Valley Lodge is approved by [redacted] and listed in the [redacted] Tour Book for Northern California (page 549), and has been for over 40 years. We do extend a discount to [redacted] members with the exception of holiday weeks.
