The company has very bad customer service and their software is horribleI ordered a unit on 1-6-and never got until 2-17-I try to cancel the unit on 1-30-but Ryan the owner said don't cancel the orderI will give you months of service for free and if you still don't like it return it for a full refundI try to use it on the 18th but the software was not workingI had to call customer service and they told me they will help me fix it in daysSo, I tried the unit and software out for one event and my clients hated the software and so did II called Matt and let him know what I hated about the systemI told him I would like to return itHe said I would have to talk to Ryan about thatI finally got hold of if after days of calling, texting, and emailing him everydayHe said I could return the unitMatt then emailed me saying I would have to pay $for a restocking fee and pay for shipping the unit backI told them that is not what Ryan told me and Matt said Ryan told him differentRyan then said since I like the equipment but not the tablet and software, I can return just the head unitI told him I would do that and he said they would get me a new head unit for an *** The problem with that is I had to ship my back first, then they would send my new unit outThey got it and a week went by and I still don't have mineThey said they are still waiting the manufacturing to ship out my unitNow I have a $paper weight and no phone call back from them
