Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***We were billed on our credit card charges of $on 7/10/and received a refund on 7/19/16.
We would also request that in the future Tag Realty advertise honestly and ask for bids to rent a property instead of advertising a monthly rental fee, taking holding money and application money and then asking perspective tenants to bid their highest offer to rent the property

In reference to the above complaint, our comments as follows:
We had received more than applications for this property and the owner had requested us to ask each applicant to submit their best and highest offer for our
selection processOur advertised rent was $and the market price was $That's the reason for having so many applicantsWe have given everybody a chance to rent that property because of multiple offersWe reached out to the ***'s on July 12th and got a reply that they are not interestedWe refunded their total $application fees the same day on July 12thWe had informed them that we are shredding their $holding fee checkWe did not receive any response after the last email on July 12th indicating that we would be refunding their application fees and shredding their holding fee check
In summary, we had responded to them in an appropriate time frame and refunded their application fees in a timely manner
