No refund or product after 7 months
About 7 months ago, I ordered a heating jacket from this company. After months of not receiving it, I contacted the company for a refund. Instead of issuing a refund they went ahead and sent the product without my consent. I don't even live in the same place anymore so the package got sent right back to their facilites. It has now been two months and I have no refund or product. They keep saying they will get back to me but it has been two months! It's ridiculous and I have seen many other customers have this issue.
I just want my money back. I'd leave it alone and forget about it but they won't refund me
I ordered a product and was charged for it but never received it.
I have been emailing the company for over a month asking about my order and the only response is they say it has shipped and they can't cancel or refund the order. I told them I was going to report them to the Revdex.com and they sent me a tracking link that says it just shipped on 6/6/20. So they have been lying to me by saying it has shipped over a month ago.
I would like the product I ordered, or to refund the money I have been charged.

The item is now in the process of delivery via USPS, the delays were caused by COVID pandemic and order were processed via delivery partner recently, as you can see by the details of the link:
First record is set at XXXX-XX-XX XX:XX
Second record regarding shipping partner arrival is at XXXX-XX-XX XX:XX
So we weren't misinforming customer about the status month ago, as you can see by the link and dates there.
The customer will receive order as soon as possible by the delivery partner, which we can't affect anyhow, as it's in process of delivery.

I don't want the case to be closed until I receive my product or receive a refund.
Sure would have been nice to receive periodic updates on the status of my order with such a long delays without having to keep asking. It makes one think you care more about my money then customer service.

Sorry for the issues with updates of order, but we can track it to send updates only when we receive them from shipping company. But we'll try to also manually check some longer orders for better visibility.
