To whom it may concern, the said customer did bring his instrumeny panel to our locationAt that time we told him his instrument panel was aftermarket unit made by Isspro out of Portland Oregon.At this time he was giving price quotes for repair on this panelTo which he said, I really hope
it's the lower of the three quotes but let's get it doneSo we ordered the part in from Isspro to try the cheaper of the repairs in our shop. Part arrives and odometer still didn't function, so we shipped cluster to Isspro for repairFour days later panel is returned to our shop in working orderWe called customer to notify unit is back and ready for pick upWe have already paid for this unit to be repaired from IssproCustomer is giving the cost of repairs over the phone of plus taxWhich is cheaper then the written quote given to himCustomer has decided this is to much and we are higher then our quote given to himon original day he came inI reprinted quotes just like the first day he arrived at our businessHe still refuses to paybill owed to Tacoma SpeedometerWith this being said, he tried to call and offer us a cheaper payment on his partWe haverefused his offer, we have already paid a third party for repair and shipping both directionsWe have been in business for over years and never had a issue like this.
