Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Hello, Regarding complaint number [redacted] you... asked for a response: Per Valley Line Cabinets (Tacoma Fixtures) brochure, it states, “Outstanding service, quality and value.” Untrue, I am disappointed in the quality for the cost. The customer service was terrible, terrible, terrible. Yes, most of my the items were corrected, but on the crown molding there are area’s that need paint, mostly at the joints. I personally did the cocking between ceiling to cabinets. There are still exposed nails in the kick board and the quality with gaps here and there depending on cabinet door being open or not are excessive. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. I truly feel we could of went to Home Depot or Lowe’s and gotten better customer service, with most likely the same quality, and the cost would of been lower. Due to the lack of customer service, I hope we have no long term issues with them. It has been painful enough just getting them in and getting minor issues taken care of. These cabinets are a new installation, they should be in PERFECT condition. Brochure states, “meticulously manufactured, one of the oldest and most respected providers of quality wood products in the Western states, remodelers have welcomes our outstanding service.” None of which we have found to be true.
