Review: They came to my house because I needed my heating system repaired. The teck told me it was the exspanse tank, it would cost me $400.00 and the problem would be fixed. That was not the problem ,it was flow value and a cut off vale. It was change I still had the problem. That was one call I wish I never call, it has been a throng in my side.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: This company's representative came to my house for an annual HVAC maintenance. The technician went to inspect the unit in my attic, he stepped through my ceiling and there was a big hole in my ceiling. He said the supervisor would come the next day to fix the hole. The supervisor came the next day and wanted me to install new plywood in the attic so that next year his maintenance guy would not have a problem. He wanted to charge $500 for installing 15 ft of plywood. I told him to fix the hole and I would worry about the plywood install next year. He then promptly left the house and said he would not fix the hole and not to pay him for the maintenance.

Now I am left with a large hole in my ceiling and have to call a third party to repair this wasting my time.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay me the cost of repair which I will have a professional spackle company come and do.
