Taco Bell

I contacted the manager ***. Told him they had messed up the order and that the kids were allergic to tomatoes. He informed me that the meal would be refundable. The next day I went in and the manager that I spoke with was ***. He said that unless I bring the food back in that their was nothing he could do for me. I then asked him for his name to make a formal complaint against him and he refused to give me his name. He continued to argue with me saying it’s not his problem and go ahead and make a complaint. But wouldn’t give me his name. I had to call the police just to have them tell me his name so I could file a complaint. Not only was this situation handled poorly but it was very unprofessional and a prime example of the way this company deals with very bad customer service. Will never be back to any Taco Bell for the way this was inappropriately handled!!!!!
