I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
I am not mistaken, as the business owner claims, in any of the comments regarding this situation that I described to the Revdex.com. I finally received the correct product from them on November 27, 2017, after contacting the Revdex.com for their assistance. When they did finally communicate with me, they were accusatory in nature and very unprofessional. I would never do business with this company again and I thank the Revdex.com for assisting me in correcting this problem. Thank you very much.
