I was on the waiting list for three months..oct17th 2021 I get a call from them needing info for there invoice..October 18th I get a bill from them through pay pal and I paid 310.00..one week later I called the number back that I saved from the phone call I got for the invoice info..the guy told me his name was Delmar ..he went on to tell me they were having trouble with pay pal giving them there money and they couldn't send them until they got it..I got tired of listening to his bs and let him go..I emailed so called tac con and they said he was lying and my trigger would be in , two weeks from then and they would send it..now why would they take my money with out having the trigger in stock..its been two weeks since my correspondence with them and still no trigger..I sent another email telling them just to give me my money back and no response..I filed a dispute with PayPal and they didn't respond to them either..all I can say is buyer beware..tac con is not a legitimate company..only word I have for them is thief!

Purchased a3mr from Tac con and it has failed to operated correctly since install . Tried contact Tac con multiple times via phone and email and zero response . Paid 500.00 dollars for a defective trigger assy. And no one will respond from company.

I purchased a trigger from Tac Con back in March... and since then have not been able to reach the company through phone, emails, OR letters. The trigger does NOT work, and causes reliability issues. To think I spent $340 on such a colossal scam gives me a headache. I want my money back... I have been tac CONNED.

I drove out to the address posted, wasting my own time and gas money on a day off, which turned out to be a PO box... that has been closed for a year. This address is still listed on tac cons website... coincidence? I think not. This company doesn't deserve to be in business, if they are even in business at all anymore.

Ordered and paid for item on 11/27/2018 for 338.99 and have not received any item nor a email phone call tracking nothing.
Tried to contact them via E-mail, website TACCONUSA.COM filled out the contact from Many,Many times and still have no contact from company. I want what I paid for.

I ordered and paid in full for one AR-15/AR-10 Tac-Con 241 with Ambidextrous selector on March 6,2018 and still have not received the product. Order ID: *** Transaction ID: 198433627 Total Billed: $358.99 I have called them at 1-623-282-1881 & 1-480-708-2662 and talked to Peter on May 29,2018 and was told I would have the product by the 3rd week of June 2018, nothing at all, was able to call back and talk with Mike on August 24,2018 and was told I would have the product by early September,2018- again nothing at all. Since August 2018 I have tried to call both phone numbers and their website site with the "contact us" numerous times and I have not been able to talk to anyone or have not heard back from anyone by phone or email on the status of my order. I would still like to receive the product that I bought and paid for one year ago or if they can't supply it then, a full refund in the amount of $358.99

I purchased an item from Tac-con's website back on March 19th 2018. Tac-con deducted the full amount on March 21st 2018. I have attempted to call, email, and contact them through *** several times and have received no response.

Ordered a product from taccon last march and still have yet to recieve and have tried contacting them for months via phone and email and have no response just trying to get a refund for a product I have never recieved

I ordered a trigger off of their website and received it broken, I emailed them and they said to ship it back and they will take care of it, since then I have sent it back, UPS said it was received by Jeff at TAC CON USA’s recieving department on Nov. 9th 2018, I have tried calling and emailing them several times with no response and have yet to receive a refund for the $289 that the trigger cost me.

I PLACED AN ORDER BACK IN MARCH 25TH OF 2018 FOR ONE OF THEIR TRIGGERS. GOT 1 CALL BACK IN JUNE SAYING I WOULD HAVE IT IN JULY, AND STILL NOTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT SEND YOU WHAT YOU BOUGHT. I HAVE CALLED AND SENT EMAILS OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS AND NOT A PEEP FROM THEM. SO IN SHORT THEY STOLE $358.00 DOLLARS FROM.

I placed an order with this company back on 3/26/2018. Today 7/24/2018 I still have not received my product. They had no problem taking my $359.00 but they have not shipped my item. I have called them hundreds of times, facebook messaged them, and messaged through their site and have not received any response from them. 4 months with no contact, no refund, and no part.

Ordered a trigger assembly from them and never received it. Ar 15/10 ambi trigger 241, model #241rh5010, order #*** on March 2nd. It is now July 8th and no trigger assembly. I called repeatedly and got through only once because they set their voice box to full so no one could get through. Guy said in April I made the cut off/out of stock dead line but nothing. I received a email saying it was shipped but no tracking number which their site says they email with shipping confirmation. I received a phone call in June saying it would be shipping out at the end of the month but no response. I have screen caps and emails.

ON MARCH 9 2018 I ORDERED A MECHANICAL PART TAC CON TRIGGER RAPTOR, I HAD EMAILED THE COMPANY A FEW DAYS BEFORE ASKING FOR COMPATABILITY AND GOT A QUICK RESPONSE THAT YES THEY HAD TRIED ON MY TYPE OF RIFLE AND IT WAS A GOOD FIT ..SO I WENT ONLINE AND ORDERED THE PART. THE MONEY WAS SUBTRACTED FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT SAME DAY, I WAITED A FEW WEEKS AND DECIDED TO INQUIRE ABOUT MY ORDER, NO RESPONSE, I WAITED A FEW MORE DAYS AND INQUIRED AGAIN NO RESPONSE, I CALLED AND GOT A RESPONSE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE I LEFT MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE, EMAIL AFTER EMAIL......NOTHING SO I STARTED LOOKING FOR THEM AND FOUND THEM ON *** .... WAS NOT GOOD ....CUSTOMER AFTER CUSTOMER WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT NOT GETTING THEIR MERCHANDISE AFTER PAYING SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR THEIR PARTS, BUT THE COMPANY KEPT GOING TO GUN SHOWS AND SELLING THEIR PARTS, EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE, SAYING IT WAS OTHER PEOPLES FAULT. SOME PEOPLE ORDERED BACK IN NOVEMBER AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEIR PARTS MINE HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS
I FILED A COPMLAINT WITH MY BANK AND THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE FORM TAC CON EITHER THEY CONTACTED TAC CON ON 4/26/2018 STILL NO RESPONSE FROM TAC CON

Order #*** Item ***AR-15/AR-10 Tac-con 3MR with right handed selector x2 was ordered and I paid 289.99 per item, total paid was 579.98. Only one trigger was received but I was billed for 2. I cannot get a response from the company despite more than 4 emails and multiple calls. I would like to receive the 2nd item or a refund. I would like to at the very least talk to someone from the company to clarify the status.

Paid for a product but the company will reply any details of shipment, will not answer phones, email, web requests.
All communications to the vender are being stopped by the vender and many people on there social sties are complaining of the same issue from back past 10/2017

I ordered a product from them on April 7th. I received a confirmation that I ordered it. I haven't received a delivery date yet. I tried contacting them by phone, email and facebook messenger. I even posted my complaint on there *** with no response. On their website, my order says pending. When I called the number it tells me to go to there website and contact us because of the high volume of calls they receive.
