the situation. The certified letter was returned ‘Unclaimed’ on June 23, 2017. We acted as a rental agent only. Our relationship with both landlord (client) and Tenant (customer) ceased upon the tenant taking possession of the unit. Contrary to the customers complaints we did not act in a capacity as a property manager nor were we authorized to do so. Customer had contacted us when customer had issues with client and apparently client accused customer of allegedly removing client’s possessions without authorization. The transfer of ownership of the existing furniture was not mentioned in the lease. I am of the opinion this is either a criminal or civil matter between the client and customer and we can offer no assistance here. We wish them both a speedy resolution to their differences.
