Review: This company placed an ad on Craigslist for an April 22,2014 focus group.For your time compensation was $75 and lunch.As a marketing firm they wanted seniors opinions on retirement.To qualify your age was 50-75 and a copy of your retirement plan.The # to call was [redacted].It was held at the Highlands ranch library in Colorado.I attended and was told that my IRA was in danger of being heavily taxed and an annuity is a sound choice.I was told my Fidelity account was not secure as to benefactors often times are not listed.After the 1 1/2 hour speech no check was given as my social security # was needed for tax purposes and no lunch served.Three days later I called and was told the check was mailed.One week later and no check arrived.I called again and was given a nonsensical response.Another ad was placed on craigslist(et cetera jobs section)for May 6th at Castlewood library,centennial,Co.Desired Settlement: Send me a check for the $75 promised for participating.I need to know what has been done with my Social Security number.I do have copies of the ad placed. The speaker at the focus group was [redacted] President,Chief SMO.[redacted]
