So far, one star for you all.. Gave you my appeal in February, have not heard back. I've left 6 voiceicemails, one email, and cannot speak to a live person. My appeal has not been filed,, and it has 7 days until the deadline. If you were not going to help me, why not just say so? Now I have to scramble to find a last minute helper.. So frustrating to try to communicate with you.

Left many messages , can not get anyone to return calls prior to disability hearings.

I was injured at work and I am so glad that I was referred to Attorney Alex at Tabak Law. They fought hard for me at court and I won my claim. Took nearly 2 years but I got what I deserved. I have recommended alex to all of my friends and would nto hesitate to use him if I was ever injured again. I can tel he realy carred.

Well, why would they take cases that they can’t win? That’s kind of stupid on their part, ain’t it?! You signed them on and if they don’t git’r , then tough do-do for them. I wouldn’t pay a wooden nickel if I get jacked. Anybody else. Best thing to do is tell them you are taking a different direction and you ain’t gonna pay them diddly squiddly! Send me all the bills and Dunn’s you got and everybody else’s. In need some more stuff to burn in my fireplace.

I'm giving Tabak Disability Services 5 stars because they did a great job in helping me get Social Security Disability. They were very informative and kept me up-to-date as to what was going on with my case. They did all the work. My case went through the first time and there was no charge for their services. The lady who called me and did the initial interview with me and told me about the company and how they work was the best. Sorry I can't remember her name. Thanks Tabak Law!

I am heartbroken and broke. I have been dealing with Tayback Law for the last 4 years to get my disability. I was denied by the judge and this past wk after a year denied by the council. Which last summer Jim who I worked with said would prob happen. And he said I could start a new claim or keep going so we could take it to fed court where that would be the only ppl that didnt work for social security. Well if you start a new claim you have to kiss your back pay away. I have been dirt poor since this started but he encouraged me to hang in there. So I did. And yest after the council denied me this week he called and said he wouldnt take me case to fed court that if I wanted they would file a new claim bc I was 55 now. Totally didnt expect this and bawled so hard it wasnt funny. And he proceeded to tell me how he has lost hundreds of dollars. Well ae I have lost close to 100,000 dollars. What a terrible terrible firm. I will say Kristen my paralegal was good tho. But I do NOT recommend this firm for anything

My wife entrusted the Tabak firm to handle a SS Disability claim. After about three-plus years of initial denials and waiting for the hearing date, a senior partner called her to tell her that they were dropping her case (mere months before her final hearing). The reason: they did not think they were able to win her case. However, they promised she could have any & all medical records relating to her case. A great thing...except they NEVER SENT FOR ANY RECORDS! This was confirmed by the paralegal (who was the only person there that gave a damn about her case - when she was able to be reached). I personally believe Tabak stonewalled until her case was outside of the filing date before dropping her. It saddens me that they treated her like this and gave her plenty of false hope. It also angers me that they made all these promises and got her JACK...

I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Alex and his assistant Emily who were both great! I honestly felt that they cared about me and my family. When I first called Tabak I was not sure if I was eligible to get anything else from my work comp claim since the claim was already conceeded. However, Attorney Alex informed me that because it was a back injury that the insurance company owed my money for a loss of earning claim. He got me what I deserved and his law firm was able to help me with my disability claim and get that approved right away. Tabak Law has honestly changed my life.

I was referred to Tabak law by a friend after I was denied disability benefits. I was able to walk right in and meet with a very helpful girl who helped me fill out the necessary paperwork and within three months I was approved for disability benefits.

Tabak law has represented my disability claim for over 2 years now . They filed the claim and filed an appeal. Period. That's it. I've been assigned 5 case managers that never have called me with a status update. I've called them on every occasion. When I do call them there is never a status update from them except "we have to wait". Yet when I talk to the disability offices directly I get different information. My current case manager actually lied to me about the status of my claim. I called to soeak with a manager ir attorney and was told that I cannot talk to anyone else at the law firm and I can not get any help tracking down my claim! That it is out of their hands, and we can only wait. This is not true and only persistence and diligence on my part can resolve it. Maybe law firms CAN and do help with these claims but I am here to tell you it is not Tabak Law. I call the disability agencies, I write the letters, I am on the phone every day tracking my over 2 year old claim. Tabak law does not care about it at all. Do not waste your money.

They made the process fast and fairly straightforward. I was a lucky one and was approved prior to having to go to a hearing, overall I was quite impressed with how the law firm kept me updated.

Tabak Law LLC is the most unprofessional law firm there is. The attorneys do not care about their client's at all. The only thing they are interested in is how much money they will make off of their client's cases. They make appointments and blow of their client's. Calls are never returned. Their level of professionalism is a joke. Do not go to Tabak Law for assistance in any legal matter, you will be greatly disappointed.
