T.A. Sprinkler

They came to turn on our sprinklers on May 4, 2019. When they rang our doorbell I told them they were early and that they were scheduled to come on the 17th. My husband wasn’t home and all he told me was that the sprinkler guys were coming on May 17. He had contacted the new company who took over the company we dealt with for years. They guy told me that they were already around the area anyway so I said okay. Then I told my husband they already came and he asked if they fixed the two broken sprinkler heads and I said no coz the guy said everything was okay. In fact, the guy was here for only 30 min or less which never happened before. When my husband turned on the sprinklers, the water was all going to the driveway and not the grass. He was going to call the company only to find out it was the wrong company. So I called TA and told them about the mistake and in fact our invoice had a different name although it had our address. But more than that, I said they did not do a good job so much so that we had the original company came to fix the sprinkler heads and the direction of the sprinklers? They promised to refund us our check but they haven’t. They told us they already mailed it but we never got it and every time I follow up they hang up and put on their voice mail. Stressful company to deal with.
