business you can customize the sweetness level in your drinks. We did not add any sugar per her request however the lavender flavoring (tortani brand) does have sugar. She called and I apologized for the mistake many times and offered her a refund or a different drink at no charge many times. She stated that we hung up on but that is not the case. I was hung up on and then a review was left on [redacted] and a complaint to the Revdex.com a day after.

I am rejecting this response because:Never was I on the phone with my daughter as she was ordering the drinks. I have no idea how many drinks were ordered. If she was on phone it was not to me. I asked if they had lavender tea as I had never purchased from this place before. And make sure no sugar is in drink . Which was asked . No refund was mentioned at all to my daughter when she asked for it.
