and clients sign a contract agreement clearly stating that they have 24hrs to cancel the scheduled sessions for the month and a liability release form stating they "understand that participation in this class or activity could include actions or tasks which might be hazardous to the participant" both which this client signed. She contacted us three weeks after her start up date demanding her money back. Both my fiance' and I spoke to this client and explained to her the refund policy but offered her a free month to make up for the misunderstanding. She declined our offer.

This incident happened after the 24 hour cancellation was past. I believe that permission should have been asked for before hitting my child, which would not have been granted! I do not believe in hitting children with objects and if I would have known this is how they train I NEVER would have let my child attend any classes. They claim no extreme force was used but my son came out of class limping and the next day had bruises. Why would I accept an offer for a free month, when my child is scared to go there?
