I ordered a bed from this company and put a $150 deposit on the bed on October 16, 2019 via ***. She offered to deliver the bed on December 18, 2019 and never showed up to our house. After multiple attempts to contact her, we would get a time and date set up for my husband to drive up to get the bed and then Tammy would stop responding. During this time multiple people on facebook also had the same issues I faced and that ended with facebook removing Tammy W account and business page. I communicated my concern to her directly and she responded that she was not doing the same to me. After multiple weeks and multiple attempts to arrange pick up of the bed, including a day and time set where my husband drove over 2 hours on January 20, 2020 with a trailer to pick up the bed, all he found was a closed building and Tammy texted me that even though we had set a time and date, her store was not open on those hours until February 1. After he arrived she finally started responding to texts and then made up all kinds of excuses. At this point she offered a refund of our $150. On January 21 she said to expect 7 to 10 days for the refund to be sent via ***. I started regularly asking for the refund on February 7 ( 17 days and 13 business days beyond when it was promised) and every time she tells me it is coming and makes excuses on why it hasn't been sent through. This weekend, I told her I would report to Revdex.com and her local *** if the refund did not process and she basically laughed and made fun of me for wanting my money back.
