I was in this restaurant this weekend 2-23-2020 and I found 3 humane hair in my child's food and I reported to the owner and nothing was done about it. the owner offered to replace only the lettuce that was touching the hair and nothing else. as we where leaving the restaurant the cashier charged my debit card 10 dollars over the price of the meal and I pointed it out then was charged again while I was standing there . then on Monday my card was charged for a 3rd time at 835 pm I called and spoke with the owner and was told there was nothing he could do about it I needed to call my bank... my bank has nothing to do with them charging my 3 times for one meal
My name is *** and I am responding the the complaint that was submitted ID about T&T's Good Farm Cooking.Sunday evening of February 23rd 2020 a customer brought to my attention a hair found on some lettuce that came with a sandwich I offered to replace it and the customer refused and continued to mumble words under her breath. Since they refused I continued on with business. When customers payed the bill she received a text saying the we had charged 10 dollars more then what the bill was,so then she had the cashier refund the first transaction and charger her again. Then customer got a text saying she was charged 10 dollars over the bill again. But everything on our end showed the correct bill amount so I told her she needed to call her bank to verify on her end why it was showing more. Then customer proceeded to cuss and call me names in a restaurant full of customers and employees and threatened to call the cops on me for stealing 10 dollars from her if I didn't refund all of her money.Also on Wednesday the 26th 2020 she called that afternoon and threatened me that if I did not give her (Mother *** Money back that she was going to post it on Social Media, call the Health Department and the Revdex.com if we didn't refund ALL of her money back...) (MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!!) I offered to email her the verification amount of what we charged her but she continued to tell me to give her. (Mother *** Money back!!!!!)I told her contact her bank and if she felt like she needed to post or call Health Department and the Revdex.com to go right on ahead, because wasn't over charged.Please see below an email that was sent from our credit card company with an attachment of the transaction that was made.Please contact me if any further information is needed.
