Upon receiving the notification about the re-opening of this case on February (Thu), in addition to the review and further training that were taking place in store, MrKen X***, the Edmonton District Manager, conducted in-depth discussion
with MrJian L**, Store Manager of Northtown Edmonton Store, to ensure any service defects be corrected effectively and similar cases would not happen again in store
MrKen X*** also gave customer *** a call on February (Fri), As *** did not answer the phone at that moment, Ken left *** a voice message, and on behalf of the company, extended apology for this unhappy experience
We are glad to receive ***'s reply shortly after, in which he expressed his satisfaction about Ken's follow up call and T&T's taking this complaint in such a professional manner
