response to the above complaint you have received on my company
I went to the *** property on Sunday, April 13, to give a estimate on a landscaping job for them which was $An appointment was set up for Monday, April 14, to perform the job. We had heavy rain most of the day on Monday. I informed the *** that I would get the job done, weather permitting, by the end of the week. We had all supplies to perform job on Saturday, April 19,
On Saturday, April 19, 2014, I received a telephone call from *** asking me if I do Hydro-Seeding. I informed him that no, I do not*** stated "ok, thank you***."
I was not aware of any dissatisfaction from the *** until I received your letter. I was not in any way rude to ***. I simply stated we do not do Hydro-Seeding and if that is what he wants he will have to get another company to perform the job

Review: The business [redacted] came to our home and gave us an estimate. The appointment was set up for a Monday 4/14/14, and they never came to do the work. We contacted him that day to see when he was coming. Then, he said he would be here the end of the week and he never showed, and we send another text to him on Friday then he said he would be here Saturday 4/19/14. We contacted him today and asked him a question about hydro seeding he said he does not do hydro seeding then we said why does your web page say hydro seeding ? He said you call someone else I do not want to work for you!

Very undependable and RUDE!Desired Settlement: T & T Landscaping never followed through and was very rude to us......................he lost our business and he acted like he does not care. Just want to warn any future customers he has to stay away from him. If he is that rude you can imagine the lousy work they must do!
