Review: I placed my placed order on 10/**/2013 at 02:48PM. That was 16 days ago. It has said processing, since the first day. I have no product, no proof that any attempt to ship my order was made. I want a full refund.

This business uses shady business practices. As far as I can tell from my experience, they do the following:

1. Advertise tee shirts that are hard to find, and that they do not have.

2. Take your money right away at time of order, then mark the order as processing, so they can say, "NOTE: This order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing. Therefore this order is no longer editable.". This way they can make it look like it is processing and keep your money. No order of a pre-printed, or custom shirt for that matter, should take 16 days to process.

3. They do in fact have a "ticket" system to file a question about your answer, but they never answer.

For all these reasons, I would not recommended doing any business with this company.Desired Settlement: I have no product, no proof that any attempt to ship my order was made. I want a full refund.
