T Shirt Elephant

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from T-Shirt Elephant. *** they will not provide me with an update of when they will be shipping my order. I followed up with them after they missed their estimated ship date and they replied by saying that the items I ordered were out of stock. I ordered 2 white adult t-shirts and a white infant t-shirt. How does a shirt printing company not have white t-shirts in stock?

I understand that the supply chain has been affected due to covid but I don't understand how you are not able to provide some sort of timeline of when my order will ship. I placed my order 5 weeks ago.
