The accounting department has placed a hold on my state refund from Tarleton State in which I currently attend. I have never attended the school but she is labeling me as a student. I resided in their housing but as a civilian which is separate from the college . I have contacted the agency and attempted to resolve the matter but the accounting department is rude and continues to state that I was part of the college. I also disupted the account on my credit a year ago in which the debt was removed due to inaccurate information; however the accounting department has decided to add it back which also violates the terms of the Fair Credit Act. Once an account is found inaccurate and removed it cannot be added back. TSTC sold it to another company once it was removed and are charging me collection fees.
