The truth is, I went by the garage and did not see where the paint was peelingThe second call to client was not answeredUpon receiving the last email , I called client and was told they sold house and not to worry about it and not to return to propertyI will not be issuing a refund , as client
knew garage had an exterior particle board that was dilapidated and scrapping would have resulted in extensive damage to siding. Thanks Tommy

I am rejecting this response because: At no time did Mr*** inform us that he could not complete a quality paint job on our garage He happily collected our money and made no mention of there being a problem with the material on the exterior of the garage As you can see from the attached 04/12/email, Mr*** assured me that he would take care of the peeling paint issue on our garage before the closing In the 05/01/email, Mr*** tells us that the paint on my garage will "continue to peel", even though his response to you indicates that he could see no peeling paint when he drove past the garage I have also attached several pictures that were taken on 04/29/16, the day the house sold, to show the peeling and bulging paint I, at NO time, told Mr*** "not to worry" about the problem Thank you *** ***
