I am writing today to request that you re-open and reconsider the complaint filed by Mr*** ***against my company, TRoller Painting.This matter was only recently brought to my attention and to my surprise, I found that this complainthad been considered unaddressed and unresolved on my part
My office assistant telephoned yourcompany today to inquire further, only to learn the Revdex.com had apparently sent out three (3) notice of thiscomplaintI never received any of them so I was not afforded the due process opportunity to addressMr***'s complaint in this forum.Indeed, if I would have known of the complaint, I would have vigorously defended myself and mycompanyMr***·s claim that my company caused damage to his "entire house" and that I do notstand behind my work is completely false.In the years in the trade, and years owning my own business, I have had no issues or complaints,as is apparent by my previous ranking with the Revdex.comMy clientele include esteemedand critical professionals from many different respected aspects of life including judges, attorneys andeven judge advocatesMr*** has embarked on a libelous campaign which we are addressing in alegal forumHowever, I would like to properly address this issue with the Revdex.com and provide therebuttal information that the alleged damage to Mr*** ·s house was a result of the type of fibercement siding which was installed on his house approximately 2002, and not my company's work orthe product we used.Thank you for your time and consideration in this regardPlease advise me of what step I need to takenext to properly put this matter to rest
