TRA AC Tech came out to fix a warrantied system, damaged the compressor and evap coil, left equipment panels open, charged with wrong refrigerant.
6/4/18 - AC is freezing up and not cooling.

6/4/18 - TRA AC says the coil is leaking, replaces all refrigerant in the system. Charged a R410 system with R22 refirgerant. (TRA has been ask multiple times to provide an invoice for this and has ignored all requests. Invoice cannot be paid if we don't have it.) TRA used a spray sealant inside the evap coil to seal a leak, constricting the flow in the evap coil. (Possible cause of the immediate compressor failure the day after)

6/5/2018 - AC not cooling still, TRA Tech comes to property and removes electrical panel covers on condenser unit and leaves job with panels left open and wires exposed.

6/7/2018 - Technician from 3rd party AC company comes out to evaluate AC. Determines that TRA put the wrong refrigerant in the AC, improperly applied sealant, left an improper thermal expansion valve in the inside unit, compressor was destroyed as a result.

6/9/XXXX - Xrd Party AC contractor installed new outside unit: compressor, outside coil, and lineset. (Installer noted that the Evap coil flow is low)

6/17/2018 - Cooling still impacted by damaged Evap coil.

6/17/2018 - AC not cooling well, Evap coil not functioning.
