Dear *** ***: Having been in business for nearly years, we always try to do the best for our customers. This customer has gotten almost years of discounts from us since she started 10/7/Most quarters are paid late and we have to make collection calls or have our driver
pick up payments at the doorShe was under a year service agreement with us, and received quarters at half priceShe cancelled service without completing the contract so was then turned over to collectionShe has more quarters at half price and one year at full priceIf she wants to continue service we can bring her a new cart and resume the contract.
