HELLO T AND J MOVING HAS DAMAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALOT OF MY FURNITURE ON FEBRUARY 13TH THE DAY OF OUR MOVE THEY BROKE A COMPUTER DESK!!!!!!! AND ALSO A CHINA CABINET AND A COFFEE TABLE AND ALSO A DINING ROOM TABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THE COMPANY CLAIMED THAT THEY WIRED ME $100.00 FOR DAMAGES THAT I HAVE AGREED TO THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY WIRED ME THE MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT ON FEBRUARY 18TH MORNING BUT I CALLED MY BANK YESTERDAY MORNING AND BEFORE THEY CLOSED AND THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T SEE ANY TRANSACTION COME THEW ON MY ACCOUNT I THINK THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO FRAUD!!!!!!!! ME OUT OF $100.00 AND HAS MY ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ROUTING NUMBER OF MY BANK

This matter is a complete misunderstanding. We completed his move. We were kind and attentive to his needs even though he had nothing prepared for us to being his move. There were two mistakes. Glass shelvings from his two furniture pieces were damaged. We informed him that he would be reimbursed.
He provided us his routing number and account number(which does not breach any security of his accounts) and I submitted him $100 for reimbursement. I also sent a confirmation screenshot to him for his sake. The next morning he called me accusing us of trying to take advantage of him because he still hadn't seen the funds arrive.
I had to explain to him how wire transfers take business days to arrive. He was under the impression that this would be instant for some reason. As a result of him not being patient with receipt of his funds, he came on here and wrote a false review about us. We are highly professional and well mannered. I would advise readers to disregard his review. He also hasn't my number blocked so now I'm unable to reach out to him to discuss this or even check up on the status of those funds I sent. Now I'm left assuming he received the $100.

THIS BUSINESS IS A CROOK AND LIES!!!!!! THEY BROKE ALOT OF MY FURNITURE STARTING WITH MY COMPUTER DESK AND THEN BROKE A CHINA CABINET GLASS AND SCRATCHED UP A TABLE AND THEN THERE WAS A TABLE THAT WAS MISSING GLASS I WAS KIND ENOUGH TO ASK FOR $100.00 BUT IN REALITY I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN WAY MORE PEOPLE DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF BROKEN OR SCRATCHED!!!!!!!!!!!! AND TO ANSWER!!!!!!!! YOUR QUESTION ABOUT IF I GOT THE $100.00 YES!!!!! I DID BUT I WAS A LOW OF ASKING THAT I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR LIKE $250.00 OR MORE FOR ALL THE DAMAGE!!!!!!!! THAT YOU HAVE DONE I WOULD NEVER HIRE YOU AGAIN AND PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT YOU STUFF BROKEN AND DAMAGED DO NOT HIRE!!!!!........... AND ALSO I HAD TO CHANGE MY NUMBER BECAUSE I KEPT GETTING CALLS FROM PEOPLE I DON'T KNOW AND THEY WOULD NOT STOP
