I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:It's possible that my issue has been resolved: I heard from *** *** yesterday that he was sending the pants presently and I did email him back, and await the pantsHowever I'd note a couple issues: I did not see the referenced email of October *** telling me that the pants had arrived and asking whether I still wanted them; and I have been previously told that the pants would be sent shortly and never received them, so I will wait until I have the item in hand before designating the issue resolved.Thank you.

to fill his unusually past due purchaseAbout a month later, I communicated with *** via email that the sample had indeed arrived and requested that he reach out to confirm he would still want itI never heard backThe product is still awaiting ***'s approval to be sentI will just go ahead and send it to the address of record, in hopes that perhaps its arrival before Christmas will assuage the situation
