policy for all vehicles sold under $3500 unless otherwise stated in writing. The complainant in this case is not even the owner of the vehicle, it is the owner's father that is registering the complaint. If they are still having any problems with this vehicle, we would be happy to perform repairs for them to resolve the issues they are having, or would take this vehicle back as a trade in on another vehicle.As far as the Reconstructed title goes, the customer and his daughter were both made aware that the vehicle was branded a "Reconstructed" vehicle, which is also printed in large font 4 different times on the front of the title, which the customer saw at the time of purchase and signed. This is also clearly posted on the office door making all customers aware that ALL of our vehicles are Reconstructed unless otherwise indicated in writing. We have included pictures of all signage displayed inside and outside of our office indicating our policy on vehicles under $3500, our policy on cash refunds and our statement that all vehicles sold here are Reconstructed unless otherwise indicated in writing.
