Review: This builder constructed a gazebo. The foundation wall on one side was coated with an simulated stucco composed of a plastic material. After a couple months, part of the stucco separated from the concrete block wall. I notified the builder and he said he would come out to see the problem. He did not. I continued to remind him. He promised to come out but never did. Finally, after many months, he told me that the warrantee had expired.Desired Settlement: If I knew what the material was and where I could get it, I could repair the problem myself. So far, he has refused to tell me that information.
