T C B Y Yogurt

November 2013 I visited the Barkley Theater T C B Y Yogurt. I used my debit card called my bank the following week and there weren't ANY transactions waiting to clear. FLASH FORWARD to today February 5th 2014 and all of a sudden there is a transaction from T C B Y Yogurt! Almost 3 months later they are running the same charge AGAIN! I called the store and after mysteriously being hung up on twice. I wasn't able to actually speak to anyone but the poor manager, who just offered a bunch of lip service. I asked who actually owned the store so maybe they could explain the charge and he wouldn't tell me?? And didn't even offer to take my name so maybe THEY COULD CALL ME. Maybe there is a totally reasonable excuse for their behavior and cagey ness. But if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then someone at that store is defrauding people.
