T & B Sprinklers

Horrible customer service. Failed to notify me prior to scheduled blowout that payment needed to be made upfront so sprinklers didn’t get blown out. Then refused to work with me despite their error.

I scheduled a sprinkler blowout in October; it was a Monday. I wasn't at home but my daughter was. Someone from the company came to our house but left without doing any work because our dog was barking at him - and so he just left. He didn't bother calling and rescheduling and I had assumed to completed the job, so I sent payment - a check - for $38.12. Then I found out from my daughter on like Friday that he had left without doing the work. So I called the company and talked to him and he said he didn't do dogs. I rescheduled for November 11th I think it was. He arrived and did the blowout, but when he left, he ran over my son's skate ramp and pushed part of it all the way from in front of our house to in front of our neighbor's house and broke and of course broke it in many places. I didn't discover it until I left my house later that day. He did not bother calling or coming in to tell me about this, and I know that he did it because his truck was parked right by the ramp which was next to the curb. My husband called and asked for a full refund do the damage. They sent a check for $30 (which I haven't cashed) and said in the FOR section - Refund - blowout, possible damage to skate board ramp. I was very upset about this because there was obvious damage and a scrape mark all the way down the road where it was pushed with his truck. And the fact that we did not receive a full refund as they said. I called and got their answering machine so I left a message. I received a call back but when my daughter handed me the phone, no one was there. And they have never called back. I have waited long enough for them to make it right. First of all, the man should not have left; he could've gone out of sight of our dog and my daughter could have gotten her in the house. But he never even bothered to call to reschedule, and then to basically deny running over and pushing the ramp? We have done business with this company before and I was very disappointed by how they handled this situation.
