Review: Purchased a black printer cartridge from a [redacted] storePrinter run out of black inkInstalled the [redacted] black ink cartridgeTried printing and the black print was illegible or missingTook the printer to the [redacted] store and showed the owner how the printer wasn't printing properlyThe owner said it would be fixedPicked the printer up the next week on a thursdayOn saturday, tried to print a checkThe date on the check was barely visibleThe following monday tried to print a check and the date was missingTook the printer back to the [redacted] store and showed the owner a sample check printed on plain paperThe date for the check was missingLeft the printer there again with the promise of the printer being fixedWas back five days later and the owner said the printer hadn't been worked onThe owner said it would be worked on the next dayWas back on thursday to pick up the printerWas told it wasn't fixedWas told to take it someplace and get it fixedMy reply was, your cartridge made the printer unusable, you send it to [redacted] and get it fixedThe owner said his only responsibly was to refund the price of the cartridgeMy reply was, it was your cartridge that made the printer unusableI then picked up the printer and walked out of the storeDesired Settlement: Have the printer repaired by the manufacturer which is [redacted] and if [redacted] won't be able to fix the printer, It should be replaced by a printer recommended by [redacted] as a compatible replacement with the owner of the [redacted] store paying all costs
