Review: I never received my Item ordered 1/*/2015. Several emails have been exchanged back and fourth and they sent me two emails stating that it was going to be shipped the following day on two different occasions. I have sent two more emails during the weeks since and they are not responding.Desired Settlement: If I also receive a partial refund for this lack of service, I will leave a positive online review of their business and/or product.

Review: I have placed an order for an Atari Style USB joystick with Syzygy on 03-**-15. Two days later my credit card was charged. The selected shipping option was 1-day shipping with 3-5 days handling time (as stated on their website). As of today (04-**-15) I have not yet received the product. Syzygy was contacted multiple times during that time and I was promised that the item is going to ship on 03-**-15 and than again on 03-**-15. That never happened. I have since contacted Syzygy multiple times but my e-mails were unanswered. My order # is [redacted] placed on 03-**-15.Desired Settlement: This company should definitely get the lowest Revdex.com rating possible. I would also like to get a refund for the charge that was placed on my credit card.

I placed this order on the merchants website and received an e-mail indicating that my order had been successfully processed. My account was charged for the purchase. On **-DEC-2014 I received another e-mail indicating that their offices were closing, presumably for the holidays, and would reopen on **-JAN-2015 at which time my order would ship and my shipping costs would be refunded. Since that time I have not received any communication from the company and they have not responded to my attempts to reply to their e-mails. I have contacted the company on nine (9) separate occasions using the only method known to me e-mail ([redacted]).
I would like to receive the items I ordered, an explanation for the delay, and an apology for the unprofessional treatment I have received.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the items I ordered, an explanation for the delay, and an apology for the unprofessional treatment I have received. I see I am not the first person to file this sort of complaint. If this company continues to accept payment and does not provide the product purchased I would like to see their Internet Service Provider (ISP) take down their website.

Review: I place and order and received confirmation of my order on 12/**/14. My credit card was charged on that date. Later that day, I received an e-mail that stated: "We had a delay in shipping out some last orders, your order hasn't shipped yet and we do apologize. We are closing up as of 5pm EDT today and reopen Monday Jan [redacted]. Because of the delay we will fully refund your shipping costs when it ships out in the New Year. Again, sorry we weren't able to ship out on time."
I have tried 3 times to contact this company and have had no reply. I have already paid for this item.Desired Settlement: I would like the item or a refund/credit of the amount I have paid.
