They told me to find another company to do the work after they confirmed our appointment and timeframe this morningThey called to tell me they were on the way, and I apparently didn't respond fast enough so the service tech just drove pastHow many times do we need to confirm an appointment?! I took the day for this call and we told you we would be hereUPDATE from my earlier post: The manager talked to us and said he would have been happy to come out later that day, but would not be coming out to our house now because of our negative reviewIts nice to know that when someone is upset with this company, they take revenge on their customers!
