Mr [redacted] Account was assigned to Systematic National Collections, Incon [redacted] , for the amount of $ [redacted] several letters were sent out to different addresses as no forwarding address was left No contact was made with Mr [redacted] until [redacted] he telephoned our office and was a refusal to pay On [redacted] Mr [redacted] wanted to settle the account for $ [redacted] We contacted our client’s apartment manager and they did not agree to the settlement of $ [redacted] It was explained to Mr [redacted] that there would be no settlement and he felt like he was being scammed He telephoned our office the same day and was willing to pay the principle of $ [redacted] a payment of $ [redacted] was made on [redacted] The next payment was due on [redacted] and was not paid From [redacted] till [redacted] there has been no contact with Mr [redacted] Contact was made on [redacted] when Mr [redacted] called our office and stated he had an email from [redacted] at the corporate office agreeing to the settlement of $ [redacted] we received a copy of the email on [redacted] A settlement letter was sent to Mr [redacted] on [redacted] agreeing to the settlement with a final payment due of $ [redacted] as the previous $ [redacted] payment was applied to the settlement amount Systematic National Collections, Inc has never exaggerated the original balance of the account that was assigned by our client [redacted] According to our clients email to Mr [redacted] they did not have record of a day notice or no forwarding address was left to notify Mr [redacted] , additionally no record of the keys or remotes being returned Per our clients request Systematic National Collections, Incis willing to update Mr [redacted] ’s credit report by deleting Systematic National Collections, Inc only with all three major credit reporting agencies once the settlement is completed [redacted] CFO/VP Systematic National Collections Inc Ocean Ranch Blvd [redacted]
