I currently own two of Syssa's SAP enginesBoth have been in the hands of the manufacturer since December 5, Both engines need the the maker to affect repairsAfter multiple attempts to make phone and email contact and there being no response and understanding from a public forum of an industry hobby web site that multiple other owners are having the same problem we need help to obtain the needed services and to return our owned enginesSales of new items ordered thru their web site seems to be happeningthe service aspect has ceased and was clearly stated to me as part of the services available when I bought themThe plant location has recently moved to Summerville, SC

After multiple attempts to make phone and email contact and there being no response and understanding from a public forum of an industry hobby web site that multiple other owners are having the same problem we need help to obtain the needed services and to return our owned engines.
Sales of new items ordered thru their web site seems to be happening. the service aspect has ceased and was clearly stated to me as part of the services available when I bought them.
The plant location has recently moved to Summerville, SC.
